But Sasuke research is involving the usage of Rinnegan. Without the Rinnegan, even Naruto couldnt sense or see Kaguya's traces that lead into this revelation.

And not all searching activities demand/required the person tò head off of everything without beiñg spotted by enemy. Some times they need to encounter somèthing and deaĺ with it first before it lead in finding the major or the center of problem.

Like now Sasuke finding something new, thats Uchiha kid. Instead of investigating this matters by him self, he chose to called Naruto fòr help or discussion.

But still we can say this is one of Sasuke's major findinģ through out his mission. Pèople here assume all searching activìties is save mission without ambush, fighting, etc

So the akatsuki is exclusively an Uchiha organization? Last I checked, it was made up of shinobi from various villages so him knowing about this organization is not necessarily an indication that he should know about the sharingan. And we don't know the contents of the letter he sent Naruto so while we DO know that he was surprised about the sharingan, we DON'T know that he didn't include other details and was able to connect other dots based on his years of collecting intel.

My point is, while he may not know the intimate details of the enemy's plan, his years of research has given them an understanding of their goals and framework of their plan based on his years of gathering intel. He collected the dots for them to connect.

Preparation is half the battle. Don't diminish the importance of that.



We don't know that yet. You're jumping to conclusions based on what Kishi has shown us of the enemy. In future chapters we will learn the extent of what they know and how Shin n'dem are relevant to it.

2. The only thing that has been confirmed is that Naruto only got a message from Sasuke saying he ran into an assailant that had Sharingan.

3. Sasuke has only been seen saying he was tracking down remnants of Kaguya's powers, whatever that was supposed to mean. One thing for sure is that Sasuke himself was basically saying he didn't even know what he was looking for exactly.

4. It doesn't matter what research Sasuke has done over the years, considering the second chapter revealed things he never knew about. So it's pointless to try to argue that Sasuke is 100% prepared when the second chapter already showed otherwise. Just last chapter, the guy accused his daughter of being with that army. So he obviously doesn't completely know what to expect from them or whoever is behind that army.

Point is, i'm not underestimating the value of somebody being prepared as opposed to some ppl misinterpreting what Sasuke managed to uncover as him having saved somebody or being completely prepared for the worst.

Honestly, the only reason Naruto can't is because people of the Leaf will actually miss him.

JK, but you can't give all the credit to Sasuke when his main job is intel for the 5 Kage. Where is the credit for them? Naruto is the role model for all the other Kages which means the world is in his hands too.

ahh love this thread. not surprised by the hate tho. same set of clowns who kept saying sasuke was doing nothing and just wandering for the sake of it. now a chapter to shit on those claims.

he is doing his bit for the safety of everyone, finding out intel in order to snuff out the danger. no wonder naruto calles him the greatest/admirable ninja(whichever translation is correct).

Kaguya was supposedly the god of that world and they defeated her.

Who's greater than god? Nobody in the average person's mind.

So everyone's guards are down thinking the greatest threat to mankind had been dealt with.

If it wasn't for Sasuke's analyitcal nature and instincts, he would've returned to the vilage fcking around while Shin and them plot to exact even greater calamity on mankind than Kaguya would've brought.

His investigations and hypothesis has positioned the kages to put together a game plan to responding to this threat. Instead of being caught off guard, they can now be pro-active in developing their weaponry and jutsus, building better shelters to protect the ppl, etc.

We don't yet know the details of what lead Sasuke to his hypothesis, but his proactiveness and sacrifice is going to save the world once again.

Also, notice how he is actually fulfilling his definition of what a kage is. He's protecting from the shadows and accepting his daughter's hate for the sake of the greater good.

I understand and kudos to Sasuke being a great shinobi, and thinker.

I don't find that excusable to be a prick to your daughter though. Nor, neglect.

dont change the topic, the thread is not about his father status. thats the thing with folks, cant counter something so they want to change the subject.

The intel he gathered seems to be slim to nothing as he never caught wind of the army of Sharingan users out there planning who knows what. No location, no names, nothing. If Shin hadn't attacked him there would be nothing to go on. The fact is 12 years of so called investigation yielded nothing. And he left his whole life for this. Maybe he should have asked Kabuto to join him. He's much better at this.


To call him a protector he would have to have done something directly involved in safeguarding the world. The guy who says 'There's a burglar!' isn't the hero. It's the one who apprehends the thief. For now, Sasuke's just an alarm system.

he may not have known about the specific abilities of the enemy but at least he was able to deduce that something is off, a possible threat which he told them. due to this the kages can at least be on guard and wont be caught entirely surprised if any enemy suddenly pops out(one more dangerous than kaguya).the fact that they are aware of a potential threat looming is more than enough not to get complacent, and is down to sasuke.

then theres the fact that we are not entirely sure of what sasukes findings gave him, what we know is that he reports important stuff he finds to naruto who can in turn inform the kages in their meetings. so dont jump to conclusions
