As for Amaterasu, his doing the exact same like he did with Chidori. He turns Amaterasu into a shield with Susanoo, a sword and a projectile. Im looking forward to how he is going to evolve.

Anybody can do that take for example itachi would've but he didn't cos he doesn't need it all itachi does is cast tsukiyomi or other genjutsu on whoever his fighting and its over. Sasuke had to manipulate his chidori and amaterasu cos hes used to real combat

Chakra control is within the body. There is a difference.

Naruto has better manipulation because rasengan is the highest form of it.
