i agree with the list but itachi cant use sharingan beter than sasuke all he can do is izanami cuz sasukes tsukuyomi beat his and his amaterasu is much bigger and also his susanoo is beter sooo therefore sasuke is the 2nd best sharingan user but if u count izuna and shusui then he is the 3d

Sasuke has not achieved any of the sharingan or its abilities on his own. He acquired the MS with Itachi's help and the EMS with Tobi's help. He holds no significant ability with it and do not say Blaze Release because that is dumb. I would even put Sasuke behind Kakashi and Danzo in sharingan ability considering they have mastered their own in unique ways without help.

Whether or not did he get it on his own or not, he's still shown he could be quite the shinobi with it.

Tobi seems like the second best with the sharingan because he does not even use any MS techniques. Getting MS or EMS does not mean that you are the best, it is how it is used etc. #I could be wrong.

Oh well, Madara seems like the #1 user on that list.
