Sasuke is the 4th strongest sharingan user

With all of sasukes new abilities shown throughout the manga and anime, he's still failed to surpass itachi who I believe is the 3rd strongest sharingan user. The only people I've seen Sasuke kill have been a weakened oro and a Danzo who was so afraid of tobi he decided not to use his best technique. I'm not even sure if Sasuke is in the top 10 shinobi in the manga currently (alive).

Kakashi should be above Danzo. Izanagi might be quite the feat, but he actually evolved his normal Sharingan into MS. Hell, replace Danzo with Shisui.

Sasuke has not achieved any of the sharingan or its abilities on his own. He acquired the MS with Itachi's help and the EMS with Tobi's help. He holds no significant ability with it and do not say Blaze Release because that is dumb. I would even put Sasuke behind Kakashi and Danzo in sharingan ability considering they have mastered their own in unique ways without help.

4. kakashi (because imo he's still more adept and knowledgable in utilizing it than sasuke)

You must be joking! Tobi hasn't shown anything impressive with Sharingan, other than Izanagi. Itachi in Edo is powerful, but he and Sasuke are like in equal terms. Sasuke took down a weakened Orochimaru, because he knew Orochimaru was ready to take control of his body. He admitted that a healthy Orochimaru would beat him. Deidara lost! Itachi was too much for Sasuke with MS. Killer Bee was also too much because lost his CS and he had to get adapted to the new MS. He infiltrated the whole Summit and battled Raikage along with Gaara and the bodyguards. When he reached Onoki, he was completely exhausted. Then he was healed quite a bit and fought Danzo. Then he fought Team 7 afterwards. If you call all this weak your out of place! He fights the toughest guys in Naruto and wins most of the fights. Except his match against Itachi and Killer Bee.

Kakashi and Danzo got implants, Itachi learned the sharingan techniques from his parents and shisui, etc.

Izanagi, S/t jutsu. The only similarities we have seen is the ability to control Kurama and Madara prob could use Izanagi. And imo S/t > Susano
