i'd say Sasuke is in with a good chance to win against minato right now, his efficiency or stamina took a huge boost with ems, he was able to keep up with edo itachi easily and spam more ms techniques than him too, without breaking a sweat. the only thing i don't agree with is that he can nullify ftg with enton, it isn't as fast as amaterasu, nor does it home towards the target (some enton magatama missed against the zetsu). plus we haven't seen minato's full arsenal, but i'd say with the abilites shown so far minato needs to either blitz sasuke at the beginning, or wear him out. i don't know if he can teleport inside susanoo by putting a mark in it or not, i'm not taking that into consideration.

If he places a seal on Sasuke from the beginning, and that would probably only happen with intel, there's no reason he wouldn't be able to FTG inside the Susano. In an intel fight Sasuke would know about FTG though, so he may be able to prepare himself. It could go either way.

Whilst i agree that sasuke is indeed stronger than Minato you are wrong about what bee said.
Bee NEVER fought Minato. The countless duels was between A and Minato and the one we saw was no exception. Bee wasn't fighting Minato, Ay was. He just decided to intervene because he felt his bro was under threat.

If bee did fight Minato and he stated that nobody apart from his bro has evaded it, that means he actually hit minato and minato doesn't have the durability feats to survive that attack. Secondly v1 bee though fast, isnt as fast as his bro, so you'd expect minato with hirashin to evade it

Well what I was referring to, is that they almost were about to fight once, from what we have seen, besides if A had many fights with Minato, it's highly likely that Bee was present, and most likely interfered, just like he did, in the flashback we saw.

If Minato later fought A again, it was clear that this was their first meeting (the flashback), which would make it possible that he left Bee in the village, since he would then be raikage. Yet again, I am unaware if they had more fights.

Nonetheless, Bee didn't use that move in his "fight" with Minato, which explains your 2nd question. But technically they did fight. Just not very long. So whether Bee judges it as an easier fight, because Minato pulled back, or he actually believes Sasuke is stronger than Minato, is hard to tell.
