Well that's if Karin, Juugo or Sakura can even get close to him before he dies if that's really him. He could have used Izangi before jumping down. Hashirama can't really do anything.

Sasuke doesn't really care about Naruto, he showed to have severed his bond to Naruto back when he saved Naruto from Juubito and said he'll be the one to delete the past. So he might just want to kill Naruto himself. Sai told Sakura that since he doesn't know Sasuke well that he could look at him objectively and that he doesn't trust him, Sakura said she did but had a twisted face and Sai said he knows her words were empty.

How so? It was said you need both Senju and Uchiha DNA, Sasuke have Senju chakra and not his DNA since he's dead. He would have to get the DNA from Karin, Naruto, Zetsu (Zetsu left him with Juugo brought them out) or Yamato who all have Senju/Uzumaki DNA. Or Kishi might reveal Juugo being related to the sage or Senjus and since Sasuke have his flesh, he would then have both DNA.

He could have used Izanagi before jumping down too and later gets Obito's or Kakashi's eye, either would be a great power up since his EMS only shows Amatersu/Enton and Susanoo. I don't know how Sasuke would get the Rinnegan when you need Senju DNA and he has Senju Chakra which are 2 different things. White Zetsus were prime example of Senju DNA but didn't have Hashirama's chakra, Yamato had both and they used Yamato as a powerup for the Zetsus because he had similar chakra to Hashirama's .
