I'm actually somewhat glad Madara stabbed him through the heart despite being a Sasuke fanboy. Why? Because Madara just put him in a near death experience which is required to awaken the Rinnegan along with Senju DNA/Chakra which he gained from Hashirama and EMS which he already has.​
