Yeah, Hebi Sasuke was very keen on strategy. MS Sasuke mainly tried to overpower opponents using his new techniques. Only in his fight against Danzo did he use proper strategy.

I do not agree, I am afraid. Sasuke used strategy in every fight to date, including his fights in MS.

Sasuke is a little more for complicated plans and well-thought strategies, but Naruto is equally skilled in his own right. Naruto is a little more skilled in terms of improvised thinking on the fly.

This^^ If Sasuke's went into a fight not knowing what to expect he may do horrible. Just look at the Neji fight. Neji was smart as well, but Naruto hid under a clone, and punched him coming from under ground. Look at how he beat Pein with his rasengan, Pein thought there was no way Naruto could've reached him in time, but Naruto used two clones to sling shot him towards Pein. Sasuke's strategies are no more smarter than these instance, and not only that, but Naruto has other times he has shown quick thinking, and responsive action during combat. Sasuke's fight with Itachi was something he had been planning for years, so to refrain cw that fight wouldn't be as fair either. Sasuke had so much intel on Itachi. Just as Naruto did with Pein. They both used it as well to the best of their knowledge.

I don't recall him using much strategy in his fight against the 4th Raikage. And if he did, it either wasn't thought out well, or he didn't have a strategy at all and thought simple Enton manipulation might work, when it clearly didn't. Sasuke is my favourite character by the way.

Well there are enough number of manga evidences which indicate that Naruto has grown smarter.u.u
But I left it for people to decide, since the difference is pretty small. Naruto is equally smart as Sasuke but sometimes he behaves like a dumb guy, well sometimes.

Raikage is a linear Fighter with rudimentary CQC moves. He has literally zero offensive Ninjutsu. Raikage used V2 Raiton - a shroud which is used after pumping V1 with Bijuu chakra. He was literally evading his line of sight. Given the circumstances, I don't think there were any viable opinions other than Enton. He also put Chee under Genjutsu to allow Karin to locate Danzo and then buried all of them under Rubble to get out of there as soon as possible.

That is strategy, and quick thinking. Let's also not forget that it was never Sasuke versus Kages, but Sasuke versus Kages and their Guards. Most NBers completely forget that Sasuke had to fight all of them to make it out of there.

Well done sir, you have convinced me. And I made the fact that Sasuke was my favourite clear because I don't like to be called things I'm not (a hater, fanboy etc...).
