More skilled? I thought we had agreed that Naruto = Sasuke powerwise

Plus, Sasuke is smarter when it comes to well thought plans, but it has been stated over and over that Naruto may be dum and idiot, but when it comes to battles, he is very good at improvising a strategy to win. U_U

Nah, Naruto is just a knucklehead, but that doesnt make him less skilled as a ninja, he has many feats that r impressive

This^ being smart doesn't neccessarily mean that your more superior than someone else. By the end of the day it just depends mostly on skill. If intellegence made you superior in a battle, Madara would've defeated Hashirama many times or Gai would've lost to Kakashi every time they fought.
