I don't like Sasuke's behaviour. He's straightforward but also mannerless at the same time. Sasuke lacks respect for the elders. Sasuke tried to kill his close comrades at various stages
However, Sasuke is the most developed character in the story. Sasuke has been kind, gentle, caring, jealous, evil, selfish, and greedy at various stages of the manga. It's not hard to notice that Sasuke has been developed with great care and attention by Kishimoto. Even though he's the second most important character, Sasuke has been absent from much of the manga's timeline. But whenever Sasuke arrived, he turned the plot in many directions.
Yes, there are also big weaknesses in Sasuke's character. Sasuke has always been considered a genius, but his sense of judgement after learning the truth about Itachi raised doubts about his intelligence in many people's mind. Even though that can be blamed on the curse of hatred of the Uchiha. Also Sasuke has been saved numerous time from death using ridiculous plot devices.
No other Naruto character has seen so many changes in nature of a character. But what's admirable about Sasuke is, despite the ups and downs in his life, he's still confident, assertive and independent. Naruto is the main character, but somehow Naruto always feels like a sidekick of Sasuke. Naruto is still pretty much the same as part 1. Sasuke had a huge effect on Naruto's life, Naruto didn't have any effect on Sasuke's. If only Sasuke didn't get saved from death by the asspulls, I would place Sasuke among the top 5 manga character of all time
