How is Sasuke not kage level again?

He lacks that cool calm collective attitude that all the other Kage's seem to have.. (Even Raikage has this more than him, and he gets a kick out of using walls as exits.) That's not to say Sasuke didn't used to have it.
Madara is using him for f*ck's sake.
And he's trying to destroy a village out of hatred.

I believe the bottom line is.. Shinobi at Kage level aren't insane. They have better control over themselves, and their emotions.

Thats strictly ur opinion. Everyone loses their cool once and a while. Sasuke was upset up to the point where he fought against the kages and danzo. Sasuke has been able to formulate plans while in battle with little assistance and has the power to back it up.

I don't see how Raikage is a good example when he went ape shit as well when he thought Sasuke captured his brother.

Of course not everyone is fit to kage of a village. However in terms of intelligence and battle skills Sasuke is on par if not greater than any other kage.

I'm not a sasuke fanboy. I just like how he has evolved as a character. And I don't know why people make such a fuss over Sasuke. Why don't you make use of your time and complain about a character who are actually weak and useless. Like Karin, Ino, Tenten and lots others. People usually target after people who are well liked for example Sasuke, Minato, Itachi, Madara, Nagato, Naruto ect. I think people are just haters of Sasuke because of the decisions he makes and his cockyness and how everyone overrates him. Sasuke is no where near top 10 ninja list.There are plenty of people who can beat the living crap outta him.Let me break it down into ya.

Naruto > Sasuke

Naruto can beat Sasuke at anytime.He got kyubi chakra mode,tailed beast mod & sage mode.Sasuke's a dead man even with his enhanced susanoo.Come on even though he get an new powerful jutsu,hes' limited on chakra.As we know the more powerful the jutsu is the more chakra you need to perform it.On the other hand Naruto is a living chakra storage.He got more chakra/stamina than Sasuke & now he got kyubi's chakra (& other tailed beast chakra as well) as well,with devastating jutsus and speed.He got sage mode from which he brought down pain and kyubi.MS Sasuke is dead if it wasn't for taka.I mean he got his motha-fuking chest ripped off by Killer-Bee.

Kabuto > Sasuke

The current Kabuto can beat Sasuke.With edo-Madara and with the remaining edo-shinobi.It's too much for him.

Itachi > Sasuke

I mean come on Itachi's a frreaking genius.Sasuke might got the EMS but Itachi can defeat him.Sasuke was trolled and manipulated by Itachi his whole life.Itachi used his MS for longer than Sasuke.I mean Sasuke lost his eyes after some months and few battles.While Itachi used it for year and fought many battles (tailed beasts etc.).It's a raw talent to use his sharingan effectively.I also think Itachi's Tsukiyomi is better than Sasuke's.

Tobi > Sasuke

With the tailed beasts and rinnegan.Too much for Sasuke.

Nagato > Sasuke

Nagato was a master of rinnegan.He got hold of it when he was ten.He's more experienced than Sasuke.He was addressed as 3rd SO6P by Tobi.His only weakness is that he can't walk.But rinnegan in a master's hand is always > EMS Sasuke. :scorps:

Minato > Sasuke

He will win because of teleportation jutsu and his space-time techs.Minato pushed Tobi to his limits and can bring down armies in seconds.And i'm not a minato fan-boy.It's just the reality.

There are more people who are great than Sasuke.He has to go a long way if he ever wanna come near that top 10 list.

During Chunin exams only one promoted was Shikamaru and he hadn't exactly won. Naruto beat Gara (who was incidently made a kage after his return to his village). Naruto was still Genin level because he lacked other qualities needed to become Chunin (even though he apparantly defeated a kage level shinobi, since Gara became one at the end of fight).

So yeah those rankings are a bit different. Sasuke has his own. He is a S rank Criminal. S rank Criminals are among the most dangerous shinobies and most of them have fought against Kages. What's the point of argument? Why try to fit one category into another?

I think you need to be ready for disappointment because I won't be surprised if Sasuke returns to Konoha ( Naruto gave his word to Itachi) and intact. In fact Naruto and Sasuke may end up fighting together to defeat Tobi if he isn't already defeated. Possibilities Possibilties..
