sasuke is overall a better ninja than naruto be it taijutsu, ninjutsu or genjutsu he is just better.

naruto always depends on kurama but sasuke depends on his skills.

sasuke without ms is still an exceptional shinobi but naruto without kurama's chakra is pretty much a ordinary shinobi.

yes naruto has sage mode but sasuke also has ems/ms.

all i am saying is that sasuke is overall a better ninja all naruto does is rely on kurama's chakra without it naruto is less skilled than sasuke.

also naruto has no counter for sasuke's genjutsu without kurama's help
