Now, i think that Sasque can change himself with one of his item. (Like we saw with Madara, when Sasuke changed with his Sword). So, something like travel.

And, Kaguya can travel through dimensions, with her eye ability.

So, for Sasuke to get again in Naruto Dimension, he has to unlock his Rinne-sharingan like Kaguya's.

EDIT: I know that Kishi had draw one time Sasuke's eye with nine tomoe, but i think it was a mistake:

Nice observation. Yes, Kaguya's is like Sasuke's but on a whole other level, such that interdimensional summoning is possible.

I suspect that she can create whole dimensions with that eye.

Don't think his 9 tomoe panel was a mistake. He just doesn't know how to use all of its powers yet. Obito will bring him back and be their support in fighting Kaguya
