Now, i think that Sasque can change himself with one of his item. (Like we saw with Madara, when Sasuke changed with his Sword). So, something like travel.

And, Kaguya can travel through dimensions, with her eye ability.

So, for Sasuke to get again in Naruto Dimension, he has to unlock his Rinne-sharingan like Kaguya's.

EDIT: I know that Kishi had draw one time Sasuke's eye with nine tomoe, but i think it was a mistake:

Nice observation. Yes, Kaguya's is like Sasuke's but on a whole other level, such that interdimensional summoning is possible.

I suspect that she can create whole dimensions with that eye.

Most likely not, because that would ruin the point of the manga. (Then again, the same goes for Naruto or any other character in the series.)
