This whole thread is full of Manga fact.

Let's see, Sasuke has used:

- Basic Fire Style
- Rinnegan Shift
- Basic Chidori
- Susano'o
- Susano'o Arrows


Naruto has used:

- Bijuu Claw
- Truth-Seeker Balls
- Bijuu Cloak
- Sage Mode
- Sage Mode Sensing


Now, Sasuke has a more versatile moveset, so he will end up using different attacks constantly, where as Naruto won't. (He has himself limited to mainly Rasengan and Rasenshuriken along with Truth-Seeker Balls.) That being said, neither Sasuke or Naruto has used their main form of attack yet. Naruto's main is Rasenshuriken, while Sasuke's main is Enton. That much being a fact, it should be pretty obvious that neither is going all out. (Not to mention that Truth-Seeker Balls are regarded as one of the strongest attacks and defenses in the entire Narutoverse, and Naruto has used them. The same goes for Susano'o.)

They are both talking and measuring each other. While Sasuke in the offensive he also wants to talk with Naruto. Consider what they are doing as a Sparring while talking about their ideals. There is no holding back, they just want to communicate with each other, see if its worth it before going full beast on each other.

Both are beasts, demi-gods with amazing powers.

I mean he used it against madara. There can only be 3 reasons why sasuke didn't use that technique against naruto, he underestimated naruto's speed and assumed such a simple maneuver could work, he was holding back or of course plot restriction.

Like you said naruto could have used many techniques to end sasuke but he didn't because he was holding back, the same can be said for sasuke. Although based on their feats naruto is holding back a lot more than sasuke is.

It is simple besides, sasuke never used his full arsenal against kaguya just like naruto never used his full arsenal against madara.

He is. Sasuke could have easily used black chidori sharp spear on naruto to deal some critical damage. Sasuke might be the aggressor but it doesn't mean he isn't holding back.

Though I agree Sasuke isn't going all out, this is a terrible point. He also didn't use that technique verse Kaguya nor is it his ultimate technique.

Scan proves nothing other than lightnigh comes of of sasuke's hand when he used Chidori... pretty sure we all knew that. However you seem to not know chidori is a CUTTING/STABBING technique, not a blunt one. If Naruto got hit, he would have visible damage on his clothes/body. You also have to consider the fact Naruto turned around, before Naruto attacked. If he was fast enough to spin around he had enough time to jump back too.

I never said you said that, but by bringing up black chidori spear you're implying by not using that one technique he isn't going all out. The only way for that to be true if it's A) his ultimate technique or B) used against an opponent he went all out on before. Neither is true, so bringing it up is poor evidence. There are other possible reasons for why he doesn't use one technique or another completely unrelated to him holding back. In fact he only used black chidori once, who's to say he could use it again?
