And to be honest, Sasuke is is no position to say 'eventually' because Sasuke going all offensive will cost him EVENTUALLY all his chakra, Naruto has potentially over 100 times his chakra. part 1 naruto had 4 times more naturally than kakashi, and 100 times including the fox. It's safe to assume current Sasuke is at least 50 times behind kurama's chakra
