When he created team hawk, he refused to let his new team kill anyone, wheter the ones they were fighting were murderers or innocents. And he didn't even wanted to kill those shinobis he fought while training under Orochimaru.

But recently he has lost it. He gave the 8 tail to madara, who will most likely get killed, and just now fellow cloud ninjas found one of their shinobis dead who was most likely killed by team hawk.

I doubt he's trying to play Madara for a fool, maybe he'll kill him, but not now. He's gonna need his help to destroy Konoha.

That's exactly how I feel. Sasuke has ONE last shot at redemption, and that's if he goes to Konoha to stop Pein, but that's a shot in the dark because he stated in the manga before the last that he wanted to destroy Konoha.
Bottom line, Sasuke's an ass, and he needs to get his ass kicked by [hopefully] Naruto so he can wake the **** up and stop acting like a child.

Not only has he attacked Konoha and Cloud ninja with intent to kill, he's stated several times that he wants to destroy Konoha, and deify Itachi's wishes.

well i think naruto would be able to stop sasuke. itachi seemed to trust naruto to give him soem of his power itachi like the fourth didn't do anything without a reason. he knew if madara courupted sasuke and nobody was left to opose him konoha' peace would be threatned. the conversation between naruto and itachi was just seeing what kind of shinobi and person naruto was. sasuke needs a serious ass kicking that will make the eight tails beating that basicly killed him twice. if he doesn't fight naruto first would liek to see either kakashi or rock lee try to beat sense into him. if naruto fights him give him a beating worse than the vally of the end.

Yeah, I, too, think he's a bit confused about everything.

But, all I can say is Sasuke has a plan on his own amidst his confusion. He is using Madara as Madara is using him. Sasuke's plans may coincide with Akatsuki for now, but in the end, what he has planned to do is his ultimate goal and not even Madara can force him to abandon those plans. Whatever those goals Sasuke is attempting to do, destroy Konoha or help it protect against Akatsuki, he will try to accompish it no what the consequence maybe.

i completely agree with miggy, what kind of hero would naruto be if he couldnt save his first and best friend. and as for sasuke the only thing that could redeem him now is naruto's bond for him, so i really dont think that sasuke is completely lost to darkness, not while his only light is still alive (naruto)

Yea, I could understand that, I could understand killing THE ADVISERS, but Sasuke has CLEARLY stated that he wants to kill the entire village of Konoha.

Not only is that going a bit overboard, but it's the EXACT opposite of what Itachi would have wanted.
