Sasuke is moving too SLOW...

In the manga it only took 2 panels for Sasuke to quickly slice madara

In the anime, Sasuke speed dropped drastically, it looks like Sasuke was moving by foot while Madara was just standing idly by giving sasuke time to strike.

Either SP nerfed Sasuke speed with piss poor animation or they intend to believe his actual speed.

Well, to be fair, KCM Naruto vs. Raikage was slow as ****, as was Eight Gates Guy vs. Juubidara. Seriously, Rock Lee's filler arc battle vs. that sand ninja taijutsu guy (just a few months ago) was animated and drawn far better than Eight Gates Guy's fight. I get that the studios are focusing their budget on the movies, but they also prioritize their spending atrociously.

And the anime fans get mad when people bash the anime for its poor quality. They've gotten so use to shit that they don't even know what's good anymore.

They always prioritize movies, even some fillers over anything that is canon . It's often that new series need really good anime adaption in order to gain alot of sales, but it brings to my mind that Studio pierrot doesn't really care for their own series simpily because vast majority of the people grown up with Naruto and almost everyone read Naruto manga considering Naruto one of the most popularity in world wide, they made alot of profits regardless whether people watch the anime or not.

Because, it took Sasuke a while to get up to JJ Madara in the animation, while it literally took an instant for it to happen in the manga...
It made Sasuke look slow, and made Madara look slower than a fat white kid with a full stomach and rocks tied to his legs

It also took madara awhile too to fly to kakashi. Then madara stood there for 2-3 second and get bisected by sasuke

The anime clearly shown madara was flying like a jet while sasuke was on foot and catched up in seconds
