As someone said. Orochimaru was on his death bed, he was going to die soon if he didn't switch bodies. Sasuke just took advantage of that and killed him. Thus being a hollow victory. And Orochimaru survived in Sasuke, Itachi was the one who really "killed" him. And even then Orochimaru survives in Kabuto.

Sasuke would've lost unless Karin was there. She informed him about the eyes on Danzos arm and what their purpose is. If Sasuke didn't know that he would be dead or rescued by Madara. Therefore he didn't win solo.

Killer Bee killed Sasuke. He was dead. He had a freaking hole in his stomach and chest, it was all blown out. Then Jugo transferred his flesh into Sasuke to save him. Killer Bee won then. And when Sasuke used Amaterasu, killer bee still won and survived.

sasuke and naruto are tied, danzo he won fair and square, he knew about izanagi, madara even said he didnt need help deidara yes he won it, he got away from a suicide attack by thinking not luck, bee is just a masacre lol sasuke got destroyed TWICE
