He beat a sick Orochimaru(sasuke even admitted it). I'll give you the Deidara fight, and he was getting his ass whooped by the kages and only lived because he was saved twice once by zetsu and once by madara. Sasuke was saved again by karin when he was facing bee. Also don't even bring up the itachi fight considering itachi let him win.

Madara would have no trouble taking him out.
Itach allowed sasuke to kill him becuase he was also sick. and the only reason he let the fight go on so long is becuase he had to make sasuke use oro's power so he could take it from sasuke.
Bee would have owned him, if karin wouldn't have been there to save his life.
