you do know Madara used a singular chibaku Tensei and then made the rocks come done right? Sasuke used multiple chibaku tensei and he did not need to make them that big either because he only wanted to capture the beast and not attack with it like Madara

Madara made his casually and he hinted that was nothing compared to what he could do.

Sasuke can't make his as big as Madara due to the fact he doesn't anywhere near as much Chakra as him.
