Deva Pein had 5 minutes interval because Nagato split his power between the paths. Naruto stated Edo Nagato was using the jutsus faster and stronger than the paths when he used the jutsus himself and alive Nagato is even stronger. So Deva: 5 mins, Edo Nagato: 1-4 sec, Nagato: even less than Edo version.
Deva Pein couldn't use his power after almighty push so Sasuke probably won't have any time intervals unless he use more chakra then needed (for more power). Or using it too much in succession require cool downs like his teleporting jutsu; he closed his eye for a chapter after using it too much against Madara.
