Sasuke started get this attitude since he got the power of MS.

Even the toughest characters can be humble even bad guys like orochi,kabuto,madara you dont see them overdo things and they were tough too! But Sasuke's always and will be cocky because hes Uchiha! He thinks hes better than everyone!

Remember what he said to kakashi 'your non uchiha your not worthy to use the sharingan'
