He isn't really god, though it's safe to say Sasuke is more god than Naruto or anyone else alive on the planet in that he can create things from scratch and has all powers to pretty much give a big **** you to death. Naruto is still very susceptible to death even with all his healing prowess and strength, nothing he has can save him from dying if he's bleeding out at a rate his self-healing cannot remedy, and doesn't have hax eyes with abilities designed for various situations (six paths). Sasuke can probably replicate every single feat of Nagato's/Madara and do better with more experience (time allowing such mastery). So he can pretty much circumvent all the restricting life-boundaries and the fact he can access any dimension now theoretically, where can he not go, and what can kill Sasuke now if he doesn't just hop into one of the dimensions in his browse history even if earth got nuked? Also Sasuke could become the closest thing to a god in Naruto-verse, if he lived out his dream.
He could wipe out the world's memory of him, or the remaining living, or just wait till everyone eventually dies, and simply hide away from the world and become its shadow and just control everything that goes on. With his Rinnegan, he will literally have control over every person, and manipulate the most powerful and no one could ever know he's behind it. He will be literally a shadow, in which the world is in the hands of and stringed by forever

Basically, Naruto has done and is more capable of godly feats than Sasuke.

How does that invalidate or add to anything said here when sasuke couldn’t remake his arm either?
Op: supposedly they both can create things, we’ve seen nardo do it but it’s got limits, he couldn’t save obito from ash bone or gais foot that had already started disintegrating

Who said anything about Sasuke? I was dismmising the point of NaruJesus and the ability to create being a universal skill. Imo, granted it's weak, the healing was tied to the yang seal and upon it's lost Naruto couldn't replicate the feat.

There the only 2 that would fit the bill, plus the thread seemed to turn into a comparison, mainly cause one of the main reasons op mentions sasuke being a “god” is also done by nardo. The seal deal is entirely possible though, he hasn’t done anything like that since sealing kaguya
