He isn't really god, though it's safe to say Sasuke is more god than Naruto or anyone else alive on the planet in that he can create things from scratch and has all powers to pretty much give a big **** you to death. Naruto is still very susceptible to death even with all his healing prowess and strength, nothing he has can save him from dying if he's bleeding out at a rate his self-healing cannot remedy, and doesn't have hax eyes with abilities designed for various situations (six paths). Sasuke can probably replicate every single feat of Nagato's/Madara and do better with more experience (time allowing such mastery). So he can pretty much circumvent all the restricting life-boundaries and the fact he can access any dimension now theoretically, where can he not go, and what can kill Sasuke now if he doesn't just hop into one of the dimensions in his
browse history even if earth got nuked? Also Sasuke could become the closest thing to a god in Naruto-verse, if he lived out his dream.
He could wipe out the world's memory of him, or the remaining living, or just wait till everyone eventually dies, and simply hide away from the world and become its shadow and just control everything that goes on. With his Rinnegan, he will literally have control over every person, and manipulate the most powerful and no one could ever know he's behind it.
