No, Madara had to experience a near death experience in order to awaken the Rinnegan. The only one he got was when he was about to die of old age, meaning that if he was stabbed right after implanting the cells into himself, he would most likely awaken it at that time.
To me this is the exact same situation to me, at the v.o.t.e Madara was stabbed by Hashirama and was all but killed. He then used his dna to heal himself, and it wasn't until his life was almost over that he awakened the rinnegan. Now Sasuke is in the same position, he has been stabbed and is all but dead. Now whilst not confirmed, but highly likely, he is having Hashirama's cells pumped into him. So its likely he will need to actually go through a near death situation again to unlock the rinnegan. My point being that Sasuke, like Madara was stabbed and near death before having Hashirama dna added to them. So its not a case of being near death, then getting Hashirama dna, and bam you have the rinnegan if you get my point. I am all for Sasuke getting it, and I believe he will, but to me if he gets it after he wakes up then it goes against the whole near death to unlock it theory imo
