Sasuke know the risk involve,will activate the immortality jutsu or skill to help him against these future treats.As a result,Sasuke probably still alive against their current opponent in Boruto manga.In addition,Sasuke have his teleportation jutsu and S/T as his back up.

As a Naruto fans, I really hope that Sasuke revive him or something.Naruto is currently rusty and have no jutsu variant or talent to keep him alive or fight off the oponent.Naruto only have alot of chakra and raw power which could be too repetitive and eventually easy to counter.

I do believe Sasuke is alive an well! But on the same note, I don't think Naruto is dead. It would take alot to kill the guy being the body of the Sage with all bijuu at his finger tips an thoughts. RSM is off the charts in this manga/anime. It would be hard if not harder to kill Naruto as oppose to Sasuke.

Sasuke's the eye, so his body ages faster than Naruto. The Rinne doesn't stop aging. Naruto is the body an Nature is on his side giving him longevity. Naruto is just probable seal somewhere an Sasuke is on the hunt for him while Boruto handles things back in Konoha. (That's my thoughts on his being M.I.A)

Sasuke was in his early or late thirties by the Boruto Movie, and Boruto was about 12. We don't really know what age Bolt is in the time skip, and Naruto/Sasuke aren't going to be young men forever.

It does make sense for Sasuke to have settled down and rest now that the threats are over, and he can finally be with his family.

Minato, Hiruzen and Tobirama sacrificed their lives.

Hashirama probably died of old age.
