Sasuke is alive and well in Boruto manga.

Sasuke had stated in vote2 battle to Naruto that he have access to immortality,he will work in the shadow to keep the shinobi world in check.

Currently ,Sasuke on the good path ,but still have "Global hokage duties",fighting off Kaguya's families, and followers.

Sasuke know the risk involve,will activate the immortality jutsu or skill to help him against these future treats.As a result,Sasuke probably still alive against their current opponent in Boruto manga.In addition,Sasuke have his teleportation jutsu and S/T as his back up.

As a Naruto fans, I really hope that Sasuke revive him or something.Naruto is currently rusty and have no jutsu variant or talent to keep him alive or fight off the oponent.Naruto only have alot of chakra and raw power which could be too repetitive and eventually easy to counter.

This is what I've been saying, Naruto only has raw power but all of Sasuke's abilities counter every jutsu someone is able to use, there's no way for him to die now. The best part about have the Sage's power is he can use Izanagi without blindness so that makes him impossible to kill.

Sasuke is boruto sensei.The headband was given to boruto,because he show his worth to become Sasuke student.I sure the Sword was also given to Boruto for some other accomplishment during the teacher and student training period or Sasuke go another sword upgrade that he no longer need it
