He had to solo Hashirama to get SM.

He became Juubi Jin all on his own, unlike Obito who took over a pinned down Juubi.

He regained both Rinnegan all on his own.


He casted IT all on his own.




Madara is the best Indra transmigrant by far.

Work to become stronger than orochimaru to at least subdue him

Work to to try to catch up to itachi and avenge the slaughter of his clan

Work to get his own MS ( killing Naruto would've done it but choose a different oath)

Work to better his susano

Work to accomplish his goal of revolution

Etc

I admit though those are some good points but power up wise madara had a much longer life span to do those things, sasuke us only 17, sasuke is more like indra ino as like indra he was born with those talents.
