Sasuke did see through illusion of Shee, and pwned him with his own Genjutsu later. Also, he didnt have problems with standard Itachis illusions. Thats why I believe with EMS he wouldnt have much problems with Tsukiyomi.

YEs, but he saw through it barely with not substantial time to react, and that genjutsu wasnt even strong. He needed them to block for him cuz he was to slow reading it and i have anothe place where he is bad at seeing genjutsu. he should of saw the chakra discoloration and reacted like deidara's nano bombs he still got blinded and the genjutus worked its just like he said ahh it genjutsu he still got hit with it because they were on top of it and suigetsu and jugo blocked in random locations and plot no jutsu saved him because they couldnt even see.

for both links read pages 5-7 hes bad at seeing and reacting. hes just like its genjutsu but can do anything about it or reverse it.
+ he did have problem with itachi's genjutsu
the first time he put a sword of itachi and itachi turned to crows
then he did chidori blade in his chair was fake itachi
he turned around chidori blade again missed itachi hit the wall
he has problem seeing through genjutsu he has no genjutsu defense
Im not saying that he wouldnt be affected by Tsukiyomi at all, only that he would be able to break it like he did with other Genjutsus. Even Itachi was affected by illusion that Kurenai casted on him.
Actually, they were both seeing through each other Genjutsus. No one had clear advantage in that moment.

He wasnt affected by the genjutsu he admired her for her skill to be able to put him in it but he had a defense and reversed it on her

He was technically never even in it by sharingan's caliber he should of used C's tech back on team raikage.
Itachi at his end of all the genjutsu before all the tsukiyomi was still sitting in his chair he wasn't even really attacking, sasuke attacked him he was just defending and he wasted minimal chakra and sasuke used alot of lightning tech's which we knew at that point he didnt have 2 much chakra.

It was the same with CS, Sasuke didnt use that in reality... all of that was pure Genjutsu fight.

no sir, all that fight was in a genjutsu battle, in reality neither sasuke nor itachi had moved an inch, used no ninjutsu or curse seals. it was a pure sharingan genjutsu battle, and once itachi saw that even tsukuyomi doesn't have an effect on sasuke, it was pointless to continue.

Sasuke using lightning in the genjutsu. ANd yes its a pure genjutsu fight but sasuke didnt see through anything. He took everything and the only reason he broke it was because of the cm2 he was mentally more tired, genjutsu is a attack or the victims mentality and even in that itachi was owning him genjutsu via genjutsu and he still lost and he still suffered the affects, itachi just suffered the affect of tsukyiomi it wasnt countered like the way he countered sasuke's genjutsu. And he through shuriken in hte genjutsu as well when he started it in.

He just allowed sasuke to see his shadow clone making it think its itachi allowing him to tire himself out so itachi could use kunai to kill him.
But u see as u say it was him seeing through C's tech when he saw it was genjutsu it was all he could do say it was genjutsu but still got hit with the affect here. He didnt even know here he was in genjutsu till prob he saw crows.
Plus it takes a toll on the casters mind to use genjutsu its mentally draining to use these techs. and it makes the user feel like they have been hit with these techs. but still itachi has been shown to use genjutsu counters and sasuke has never used a genjutsu counter in the manga he just rolls with the genjutsu taking it and hopefully coming out ok.
And therefore it didnt happen, no chakra waste. There were no Chidoris, no Cursed Seal activation.
Dude, Itachi was fighting with MS and in Tsukiyomi, it was his realm and Sasuke only had three tomoe Sharingan. Currently Sasuke has EMS, that makes huge difference.

Thats not how genjutsu works. Genjutsu are yin release techniques the more elaborate the more chakra, and more mental strain used. Yin tech has to due with the field of imagination the mind so... yah there is chakra waste

and we are talking about how he is a slacker, he didnt even rightfully earn his MS, and he doesnt train for power only training he did was with oro, and kakashi for chidori snakes nad mastering lightning tech, after that it was all MS techs no training to use it either. He's still relying on his brother power oro's power.
Well i guess we will have to see in the manga when and if this will happen, because it hasn't happened yet. At least with 3 tomoi. But yah if sasuke can break genjutsu why hasnt he had a counter for any yet he can see it but he cant do anything about it. ALl he can do is bark at it not bite not anything else. But sasuke doesnt train even with the EMS he hasnt fought many genjutsu user he prob doesnt have the skillset or the tech for it. He hasnt trained to fight or defend against genjutsu so even if he has he can prob make a really nice attack but no defense its easy to attack. But its not so easy to defend.
Like I said, Sasuke only wasted chakra on Genjutsu, not these techniques. It only worn him out mentally if anything.
He couldnt trait with MS, it would make him blind. Currently hes getting accustomed to EMS by practice, he doesnt have to train in normal way. Actually, its way better than normal training.
