I actually agree to a point. While Sasuke has done some pretty messed up things what would ultimately determine weather he would make a good Hokage or not isn't just his past actions, but how he has grown from them.

Look at Gaara.

Would you have ever expected the crazed killer Jinchuriki to become a great Kazekage and lay down his life for his village? Look how he turned out and he was more bloodthirsty than Sasuke.

Sure Sasuke is arrogant, but that doesn't make you a bad leader.

Unlike Naruto, Sasuke has walked a dark path and thus knows what it means to be a villain. If anything he can relate more to the tyrants they are facing now more than Naruto who, aside from being rejected at first, has lived a releatively happy life with lots of friends.

Sasuke can recognize the darkness in someones eyes much like Gaara did. Again it comes down to how Sasuke grew from these experiences and if he truly lead others without making selfish decisions. Personally I think he still has a long way to go before being real Hokage material. But does he deserve to be Hokage? Maybe not now, but time and his future actions, will tell.

Very true. But that's just Sasuke being arrogant. He was like that even when he was a part of Kanoha and people still seemed to idolize him (mainly his groopies) In the end he will have to care what others think about him being Hokage because it really will be their decision.

Again it comes down to how he's grown. Aside from killing Danzo he hasn't really done anything bad to the leaf itself. And if is truly repentent and tries to make amends for his actions then people's perspective of him might change. Taking down the Juubi Obito and Madara is a great start.

Again just like Gaara. If he hasn't changed well you know Naruto will be around to challenge him.

Sasuke had no intentions of fighting anyone at the summit. His only goal was Danzo. He had a plan, but Zetsu ***** ass snitched.

Besides, Onoki already said he holds no grudges against Sasuke. Mei probably doesn't care. Gaara will forgive him. Tsunade will forgive him. Raikage is questionable.

True don't get me wrong. In the end I would choose Naruto over Sasuke. I mean the guy has laid down his life not only for his own village but for people of other nations as well even before the war. But Naruto still has some growing up to do. He has the potential of being a great leader. But being the leader of a nation doesn't just boil down to how strong you are and what fights you can win, but making very critical decisions both on the spot and in the long term.

Neither Sasuke or Naruto are good with that. Not yet anyway. Which is why they need to be a team sensei in charge of their own group before even considered Hokage. It's one thing to do things on your own or as part of a team but something entirely different when you lead the team.

Sasuke already has some experience with this with Taka. They are a team formed by him that follow his orders. Naruto needs to do the same.
