Lol, I have a feeling kishi deliberately stalled it(to create the entire sasuke leaving thing, and also to get sasuke the curse seal stuff, and the curst seal phase 2 which would be the only way sasuke could win).

really I tried to find any others that were his own, and I couldn't come up with anything, only derivation of others jutsu.. But same goes for Naruto, very few jutsu he use aren't derivation or just copy!
