Sasuke has Kaguya's eye

I highly doubt he could control the shinju or gain weather control like what kaguya and the juubi has. I just think he has all of the rinnegan and sharingan abilities in one eye.

Not sure Sasuke has exactly the same eye as Kaguya.

Sasuke has a 6-Tomoe Sharingan (greater than Rinnegan, but less Tomoes than the actual Juubi eye)

Whereas Kaguya had the full 9-Tomoe Sharingan (the Juubis actual eye), which i think she obtained after eating the Fruit of the Juubi Tree.

So... there are differences between them. It's possible Madara may be awakening the full 9-Tomoe Juubi Sharingan seeing as he has just absorbed the tree itself, as well as the spirit of Kaguya within it... but lets see.

But yes, i am looking forward to seeing what Sasukes new abilities are going to be. He is Indras reincarnation.

Why do people fail to realize that since Kaguya's eye was in her forehead you could see the entire eye. Where with sasuke you can't see the entire eye... Why you may ask... he has eyelids...
