Also If Sasuke and Naruto both showed all their new techniques right now, the final Naruto vs Sasuke battle will just be boring so kishi is making them save some of their new jutsu/powers.

It took Sasuke like a week to learn Amaterasu,Susanoo and Tsukuyomi, so don't expect him to learn or use all his new abilities in 20 minutes.

Anyway, Sasuke nor Naruto have shown their full power yet, Naruto has 9 Bijuu in him, so those are not his powers, so Naruto has yet to awaken Ashura mode, Sasuke has yet to awaken the second Rinnigan, use any new fireball techniques, amaterasus, and a full on new Susanoo yet.
