It would be pretty hypocritical if sasuke wasn't going all out considering he keeps telling naruto to pay attention and fight seriously.

It would be pretty smart of you if you read my other replies...

He never told Naruto to fight seriously he only say focus on the enemy because he want to hurry and seal her.

He's told Naruto to pay attention several times, that's it. Naruto being the dumbass that he is obviously repeatedly ignores this basic advice.

Narutos using most of his new abilities and probably has more, so why cant sasuke?

Agreed becauae Sasuke showing he going all out on Kaguya if he wasn't that means he's still an evil bastard

There's more to come from both Naruto and Sasuke patience is the key to this. In my personal opinion if Naruto & Sasuke do fight it will be with out their reincarnation powers which i believe will be taken once Kaygua is sealed.

Naruto has had his powers for the same period of time and has done far more with them.

Regardless, what's important is the number of chapters, not the amount of relapsed time. The war arc itself is proof of that.
