Sasuke has good learning skills?

(I am not a Sasuke fan, i just remembered this so asked you guys)

We all know Kakashi said that learning new Elements requires a lot of time.
he stated that Wind release requires 3-4 years to learn.

But how the hell did Sasuke learn Lightning in just 1 month before the 3rd Chunnin Exam??

because his nature affinity was lightning. it was stated by kakashi when guy was talking about kakashi and chidori when sasuke was fighting garaa

Sasuke also learned the fire element very quickly. He obviously had a natural affinity for these 2 elements.

Naruto learned how to manipulate wind just as quickly, AND applied it to an already existing S-rank technique.

Also the Sharingan helps allot in his case, being able to "see" how the jutsu works you have a better understanding of what you need to do, and how it should be done.

Sharingan doesn't have anything to do with Nature Transformation. But if you have proof from manga, I'll change my opinion.

Sasuke did not learn lightning in a month. He learnt chidori. Thats how the sharingan helped(understanding what kakashi was doing, gaining the needed requirement for the jutsu, etc)
On topic: Obviously, he is smart(being top of his class). So naturally will have good learning skills

No.. First he learns the Nature Tranformation, then he can copy the technique.

Exactly he learnt chidori in a month. It is more than possible to learn nature transformation in a short while if its your affinity.
