They both experienced fear on occasions, like when Naruto while escorting Tazuna in Part 1 was scared of the C-Rank assassins and couldn't even move.
Or when Madara used Heaven Concealed and called the meteor.
Or when Naruto was a bit scared when all 5 Bijuu's began making Bijuu Bombs.
Naruto and Sasuke both experience some fear in the stories.

when madara used heaven concealed naruto wasn't afraid he was A clone nothing would have happened to him but he was overwhelmed

1. He basically was as "overwhelmed" as Sasuke was when Sasuke was in the room with the 4 Edo-Kage as you put earlier, they were both scared in their circumstances even if it was a clone or not.
2. Before gaining the trust of Kurama and went into Bijuu Mode he was scared.

That's the problem here, you can't say one has more courage then the other, they both didn't have the same experiences and can't show what either side would do and show courage.
They both had their fair share of fear and not one had more or less than the other.

and there is a proof that he is a Badass
he went to the 5 kages location in the past and fightining them by himself

Well that's just how Naruto and Sasuke are.. Remember in one of the first fights Team 7 got in, Naruto got attacked by two fodders and got paralyzed in fear and Sasuke saved him no problem, even willing to risk his life for his teammate Sakura.

Sasuke just hasn't been there for as long as Naruto and doesn't understand the concept of just how mammothly huge and scary this battle is. Also...if I remember Sasuke has shown moments of shock and fear in this battle. Just about as many as Naruto anyway- I mean, whos the guy whos been this whole battle with a smile on his face?

Sasuke is not fearless but careless. Everytime he thinks he alone will solve each problem but fails everytime. Even Itachi told Sasuke already that Itachi himself failed because Itachi tried to do everything alone by himself.
If you talk about courage, Naruto is either equal or more courageous than Sauke.
Naruto with kakashi/Gai took on Obito/6-Jinchurikis/6-Tailed-Beasts.
Sasuke is just taking on Juubito with Tobirama/Minato/Hiruzen & the leader Naruto.
Thats why it is called Naruto's team or Naruto's gang at the end of the previous chapter.
