Sasuke had the cloak which was used to escape that barrier afterwards when he fought Obito he grabbed them it went away even if that cloak replenished his chakra it wasn't by much considering he just got there and didn't use much.

You have all of it wrong. To say he only has 3T because of curse mark should mean he lost 3t with the curse mark but that wasn't the case. He had it after the ritual yes, but that doesn't mean the ritual unlocked it. I think you know you're wrong. Otherwise read my thread on explaining chakra.
