it is far fetched, for the simple fact that there is nothing that says all transmigrates had the same amount of chakra. Using this logic, every unnamed Indra & Ashura transmigrate had the same amount of chakra, even when Black Zetsu made mention of the amount of failures there were on both sides of the bloodline before he discovered Madara and every MS user had the same amount. It doesn't work like that, simply because canon made that abundantly clear.

it is, because you just got through claiming that it's not far fetched to say all Indra transmigrates had the same amount of chakra, even when canon states that Madara was born with the highest chakra reserves the Uchiha had ever seen and Black Zetsu compared the lvl of Madara's ability against basically every last Indra transmigrate, including Sasuke's. Their chakra couldn't possibly have been equal, especially since Sasuke is literally 1 of arguably 2 Uchiha in the clan's entire history that needed an external power source just for their Sharingan to upgrade past 2 tomoe.
Kurama's chakra restores ones reserves. Kurama repeatedly did it for Naruto, Kakashi, and eventually for others once Naruto learned to sync its chakra with theirs'. If the chakra makes their atks stronger, then it has to restore their chakra reserves in order to do so. There's simply no way around that.
Sasuke just got to the battlefield did nothing that was high chakra taxing and got a cloak which was later either absorbed or just went away when Obito grabbed him and Naruto
regardless of the circumstances, Sasuke was seen with that cloak. Therefore, his chakra was restored. That's all there is to it.
that's bull, because through all of 3 fights, he only had 2 tomoe. It wasn't until he underwent the ritual to have the 2nd CS form that he got his 3rd one.
i admit i misread that, but Kurama didn't say their chakra was the same. At the time he said that, Kurama only mentioned the nature of Sasuke's chakra as being similar to Madara's, not the amount. Those are 2 very different beasts altogether. And even then, there's no comparing them:
