well i was thinkin 2 choice, either madara come to save him, or juugo jump in front of him and get a hit fo him and drop dead.you know like next chapter if reikage about to do a fascinating jutsu to finish him up.
If not,i guess madara will intervene because i see no reason why kishi will show him going away from naruto scene.
