It's been confirmed to be fake by a Japanese translator.

Nonetheless, this is one of the better done fakes.

Even if it was real he still wouldn't have rinnegan.. cause in the top image you see he has those rods in him so in that case that rinnegan would be like the rinnegan of the six paths of pain.

It's obviously fake, but I really would like to see Sasuke with Rinnegan, though it will maybe ruin his character a bit. I mean, it's too mainstream, it would be nice if we are to see something new, original.

I am not saying it is not but we know how Rinnegan is obtained. Plus, I don't remember the other images from which chapters they are because that's Kishi's drawing indeed...
Because yes, a panel seems to be reversed but it's not the first time the author himself uses other panels instead of drawing them again...
