you do realize that the first ten minutes of the fight were the most intense? about 100 shuriken firing at sakura per second?
in any case how can base sasuke lose to sakura, when has she even been shown besides the sasori fight to even dodge long term attacks, when he first showed up in part 2 he was just going to kill her with his chakra, if captian yamato didn't save her. Sasuke in part 1 with his sharingan can predict her movement and beat her.

None of these scans show that she can evade someone as fast as CS2 Sasuke. You have failed to show how dodging these puppets is relevant. Base Sasuke from VoTE is faster than Sakura in Part 2, CS2 will be faster than her by a wide margin as both levels of Curse Mark increase speed and power. Dodging puppets that are slower than Sasuke mean nothing.

If a sword pierced her body, Chidori will as well. If Sasuke lands a Chidori it's over. Not to mention he can fly and she can't. He can shower her with his Katon. Sakura has no chance.

To be fair CS2 has never Increased speed. Only CS1 has while CS2 trades speed for some mutation.

This Sasuke is not really base Sasuke. This Sasuke already mastered the CS, maybe it increased his base stats too.

Sasuke stated he can only use 1-2 Chidori / day. Lets say he uses a fire ball ( Sakura can dodge it ) and 1 Chidori ( maybe Sakura can dodge this too. The difference between their speed is not that significant ).

My bad but most of my post still applies to Base Sasuke but with less weight than it had before.

-He is still faster than Sakura even in Base and has Sharingan pre cog, which let him easily read KN0 Naruto's hits and counter giving him the upper hand. He was also able to react and dodge KN1 Naruto's hits but he was unable to react to the cloak.

KN0 and Kn1 Naruto are far faster than Sakura so dodging her hits will be simple.

Sasuke's Katons will also mess her up in close range.

He can finish this up with a Chidori to the heart just like Kakashi did to Rin.

] and that Fireball was made from really far away. Honestly, it was aimed at Kakashi, the others just happened to be in its way. Dodging a Fireball from a closer range (Which will be necessary, I don't really see Sakura beating him from a range that far..) would be a lot tougher, especially when you're facing someone as agile as Sasuke.

In this case, Sakura'd be the only target present, and she'd be a lot closer to him (That is, if she intends to get a hit off on him) She won't dodge it.

I agree with your first statement, but I honestly could not disagree more on the latter one. And since when are prep times taken into consideration in VS threads ?
