Sorry I read your statements and I have to disagree, having one Rinnegan doesn't mean you can't use 6 Paths it simply means you can't use the dojutsu at its full strength.
In addition, Sasuke's eye isn't the standard Rinnegan, it's a devolved RinneSharingan which is why he only has one eye with tomoe and can travel through dimensions like Kaguya.
His eye has the power of two Rinnegan as proven when his feat was compared to Hagoromo's, and if he can use 3 Paths he can use all of them, Madara wasn't shown using all 6 Paths but it doesn't mean he doesn't have them.
Regarding CT, Sasuke can make Naruto the core just as he did on Kurama and Hagoromo did on Kaguya, but the CT will be nowhere near strong enough to stop someone that can bust meteorites the size of mountains.
