Actually, I think his expression literally reads, "I feel a little guilt trip coming for everything I've missed". But this Isn't anything to look down on. I love how the Naruto fanboys jump the gun on degrading Sasuke over a single panel when throughout the SERIES he's made a royal impact on the story line itself! No Sasuke means no interest. So to be QUITE scrupulous, I believe Sasuke should grab Naruto with his Susano'o and toss him behind the lines and show some of his EMS potential.
