We cant really vote at the moment since this "madara" hasnt show his ems in action nor sasukes so we cant really say to be sure

Sasuke's EMS is probably more powerful but I vote for madara because I know that he is smarter and can use it better than sasuke.

sasuke is smart but madara is more experience in battle.
Sasuke is younger so he will have more stamina than madara.
I think sasuke may have a chance because i feel he got other ms skill that he did not show because zetsu was watching most of his battle.Sasuke maybe save some skill for madara

Ever since sasuke got MS he became dumb at using it, he just spam MS skills around and get tired in moments and then need some help, I know he can become smarter and use it better but knowing him he will just spam MS all around again like a dumbass, for example itachi was a badass sharingan user, sasuke was badass before he got MS he was way more interesting and smarter now all he does is spam MS all around.
