First off, he didn't got raped. They were considered equals. His defeat is very comprehendable though, since both Jiraiya and Tsunade are trash compared to Hashirama. He had self-healing abilities at this point exceeding even those of Tsunade, the ability to controll Kurama as well and Mokuton, which is one of the three most powerful Kekkei Genaki and would destroy Jiraiya and Tsunade without any trouble.

He can still use the summons to give him some help before he enters in his SM and it takes him around 5 to 10 minutes to enter SM, but jiraiya is very skilled and has more experience than sasuke obviously, I don't think that sasuke will just kill him before he can enter into his SM because tsunade and his summons can hold him off for a while, I do think he will have a hard time dealing with sasuke but once he enters SM he would win mostly because sasuke will be very tired after all that EMS spamming, tsunade might die though.

I believe ems sasuke would win.
Tsuande is a taijutsu user. I believe ems sasuke can mold amaterasu around a complete susano the way he did with v1 susano with the ms. With this unless tsuande wants to risks loosing an arm to make contact she isnt really effective in this fight. Similarly she is too slow and i believe she has a 3.5/.5 in the databook. If kakashi with a speed of 4.5/5 cannot dodge susano's arrow neither can tsuande, let alone amaterasu.

Jiraiya would also be defeated, either in base or sm.

Ems sasuke is the clear winner here

People are too easily overlooking Tsunades new regeneration technique - that's going to hold Sasuke up big time. Not to menion all of Jiraiya's summons and Sage Mode; this all culminating in a hard fought Sannin win.
