It wont make it difference, its to fast to dodge that's why he had to use kamui.

I'm sure Tsunade could distract Sasuke long enough for Jiraiya to turn into SM. And base Jiraiya isn't some pushover either.

This statement made me laugh the only thing that tsunade could distract Sasuke with is her burning body. Tsunade is an up close fighter and if you get close to Sasuke your going to get burnt see what happened to Danzo.
