Itachi held back because he wanted his brother to kill him and go back to Konoha.With EMS Sasuke's power will greatlt surpass that of a kage and Im pretty sure hell be more than capeable of holding his own against Itachi at full power.So if you say Sasuke won't win you are seriously some defiant hater.

We still don't know about sasuke's EMS powers and woahh I can't believe that more people vote for sasuke O.O because clearly itachi would win, he is smarter and he can fight better than sasuke, all sasuke will do is spam his Sharingan skills and get tired and then itachi would easily murder him.
