There's the proverb, if it walks like a duck, quack like a duck and looks like a duck, it probably is a duck, apply that to Sasuke's Susanoo's clothes and size to Madara's susanoo, it's a perfect match.
Itachi used cloaked Susanoo. The last stage before Perfect Susano'o.
Both times Madara goes from Cloaked/Complete Susano'o to Final.

I agree, PS was Madara's MS ability because he displayed the best usage of Susno'o variations as an EMS user. Imo Sasuke only unlocked it due to having Sage chakra like Indra.

Madara's Perfect Susano'o is obviously much larger than Sasuke's Susano'o, it boggles my minds that people actually believe they're the same size, Kishimoto purposley made Madara's PS so big and Sasuke's so small, there is no way he a size difference that big.
Also the only thing Sasuke's ps has over Madara's is that it is fast, there is no proof whatsoever that sasuke's is stronger, there is no proof that Madara's PS couldn't cut that meteor as well.

Indra inherited Sage chakra, Kakashi and Sasuke unlocked it due to having the same chakra as him while Madara inherited the ability naturally as Indra's transmigrant. If it wasn't for Hagoromo's chakra neither Obito nor Sasuke would have unlocked PS.
