Yata mirror and Totsuka blade are not jutsus, they are actual weapons, Itachi would have to hand Sasuke them if he wanted to give them away. Why would Orochimaru spend years looking for blade if it was Itachi's MS jutsu? The raven clones is a jutsu not based on the Sharingan but on Itachi's own jutsu he made or it could be due to him having crow summonings.

. Shisui wasn't well described so we don't know how long he had his MS nor if he had Susanoo since we only see him when it came to try and stop the coup and Susanoo wouldn't play a peaceful solution. Obito only had one eye for the majority of the manga and when he did get both eyes he needed to use his chakra for Kamui to save Sasuke and Kakashi so Susanoo which takes both eyes wouldn't have been needed.

Obito did say Itachi gave Sasuke his jutsus so that would be more than just Amaterasu

Obito haven't been calling his Kamui by it's name until the War arc while is like over 300 chapters from when he have been using Kamui. Sasuke was torture with Tsukuyomi when he was 6 and 13 so he might just not like the name, it might just remind him of seeing his family killed.



True but Obito said Itachi transferred his jutsus to Sasuke and after Sasuke got Itachi's eyes both of their MS combined to form EMS and Sasuke said he could feel Itachi's power

How many times was Sasuke tortured for days inside Tsukuyomi where he saw his family killed over and over? 2 times, when he was 6 and when he was 13. The name can effect Sasuke by having him remember being tortured since he was a kid. Kakashi always called out Kamui name but Obito never did until the War arc so that shows that there can be reasons for not saying a jutsu name. Kishi had Obito say Itachi gave Sasuke his eye jutsus

This is a Manga --> if Sasuke don't say the name because of torturing in youth, this would be explained, or at any point referred to it.
Tobi hasnt said the name of the technique because we shouldn't know that he is obito. Afterwards he said it as well.

Try to imagine you would be Kishimoto. Tsukuyomi is an awesome technique! It wouldnt make sense to downgrade it that much, and give Sasuke a weak and senseless version of it, which has the same effect like every other genjutsu.
If Sasuke would be able to use one of the strongest Genjustu, Kishimoto would let him do it properly!

The difference between Tsukuyomi and other genjutsu is that Tsukuyomi can also manipulate time, and that it's impossible to get out of it (except you are same bloodline)

That would run counter to the fact that all Mangekyo Sharingan techniques are fallible by outside forces, and would instead make Tsukuyomi an invincible jutsu by comparison.

Which is not the same as having the two specific jutsu mentioned by Itachi. If Susano'o was something anyone could have, it would not be considered rare, nor would Itachi be genuinely surprised when he discovered Sasuke could use it.

Why wasn't Kakashi going blind in his Sharingan until recently? Kakashi doesn't have no Hashirama DNA and is only connected visually to Obito when they are near each other. How did Kakashi find out he had the MS? He got it long ago but never knew about it over the years that passed prior Naruto series timeline. It never explained how Orochimaru who is said to not be able to use ninjutsu use ninjusus on Naruto when he fought the 4 tails. How did Itachi's eyes stay un-blinded when he had MS 6-7 years when he first see him and he stated the eyes start to lose it's lights the moment you awaken the MS and even more when you use it. Why wasn't Nagato using any element based jutsus when it was stated he could use any of the 6 elements since he was a kid?

Kishi doesn't cover everything, I can ask a lot more questions where Kishi never explained if you want.

If Kishimoto dont want us to know that Tobi is Obito, he wont say the name of the technique, even when he is alone!
And of course he doesnt explain everything, but why should he give Sasuke a psychic trauma with Tsukuyomi, and never refer to it?

One last time: think of it as a Manga! ...It's the same situation as when ppl argued that Tobi could not be Obito because he couldn't survive that rock crush. IT's a manga! If Kishimoto want Obito to survive, he will find a way. And he found a way!
Dont think about what's probable in reallife. Think about what's probable in a Manga!

Uchiha can program an eye with a technique, which activates itself once in a certain situation. Madara does that with Izanagi. Itachi does it with Amaterasu, if Sasuke sees Tobi. That's why Sasukes eye looked like Itachis MS. It activates itself ONCE.
Afterwards Sasuke used his own MS. Furthermore Itachi was surprised when Sasuke used Susanoo.
Actually, this point is not even worth arguing about...
